Dr. Eric Tangumonkem is a Geoscientist, Author, Speaker, Leadership & Personal Development Coach how is passionate about the personal growth and development of the body, soul, and spirit of all people. These three aspects MUST be in synergy for the attainment of genuine and eternal success. He helps people achieve eternal success through exceptional personal growth and development resources, from books and other related literature to public workshops, training, coaching and custom programs for companies and organizations worldwide.
His mission is to inspire, equip and motivate people from all works of life to find their God-given purpose, pursue and possess it; it is coined the "IEM APPROACH." He speaks in many different settings, and his goal is to inspire, equip and motivate people to maximize their giftedness. His message is simple. "See, Believe, Speak, Act, and you will be unstoppable! Now is the time to start speaking and acting on your dreams if you want to achieve them! Yesterday was the best time to plant a tree, so what are you waiting for?
Dr. Eric Tangumonkem was born and raised in Cameroon, Africa. As a young adult, he migrated to the United States of America. Eric is a professor at Missional University as well as the co-founder and president of Equipping of the Saints International Ministries.
